NEAIR was appointed to carry out a full air conditioning refurbishment for a busy office environment, replacing ageing systems with a modern, efficient solution. The project required decommissioning the existing R22 and R407C air conditioning units, both of which relied on outdated refrigerants and replacing them with new R32 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems throughout the workspace.
NEAIR carefully planned the installation around the office's newly refurbished layout, ensuring every unit was positioned for optimal performance and comfort. The existing systems were safely decommissioned, and the installation combined five relocated units in good working order with six brand-new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries R32 systems. Together, these provide approximately 40kW of combined heating and cooling capacity, delivering a modern, efficient climate control solution tailored to the space.
Once installation was complete, NEAIR fully commissioned and tested every system in both heating and cooling modes, and demonstrated the controls to the customer to ensure straightforward, efficient day-to-day operation. The office now benefits from a modern R32 Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioning system, delivering approximately 40kW of heating and cooling, improved comfort, and reliable year-round temperature control.
